Driving Directions: Take State Road 13 into Middlebury. At the stoplight of 13 and Warren Street, turn west. (At the light at 13 and Warren you will see the Calico Frog shop, 2 gas stations, and a hardware store.) Within the first block the road angles to the left or you can continue straight (west). Continue straight to the end of the next block (corner of warren and railroad). We are on the northeast corner in the brown two-story house. We have a sign on the door and in front of the house. If you are familiar with Middlebury, we are two houses to the west of Middlebury Family Physicians. If you have trouble finding us, please don't hesitate to call us at the above numbers.
